What confused you most the first time you used HiKorea or booked immigration in Korea?

Every guide makes it sound simple until you open the site and start guessing which category is the least wrong one. If you had to book an appointment or update something on your visa in Korea, what part tripped you up the first time? Wrong office, no slots, weird status message, address update, passport update, anything like that. I feel like the small mistakes are what actually help the next person most.

For me the sneaky part is that people focus on the form, but the real problem is often timing and jurisdiction. If your address is registered in one area and you keep checking the wrong office or expect the appointment calendar to behave like a normal booking site, HiKorea starts to feel broken fast.
