If you moved to Korea after living abroad forever, what did you wish you handled in the first two weeks?

I keep seeing returnees and overseas Koreans underestimate how many small setup tasks pile up immediately after landing. For anyone who moved here after years abroad, what ended up mattering most in the first couple of weeks? Phone number first, temporary housing longer than expected, bank account, ID card, moving your stuff, something else? I am especially curious about the part that looked simple on paper and then turned into a time drain once you were actually here.

I would lock in a stable address earlier than people think, even if it is only for the first month. So many follow-up tasks in Korea get easier once your phone plan, bank paperwork, deliveries, and registration details are all pointing to one real place instead of a temporary patchwork setup.
