For me it was realizing that a lot of Korean systems are not broken, they are just extremely picky about matching details. Same name order, same spacing, same phone number format, same birthdate format, every single place. Once I started treating that like a checklist instead of assuming customer support could “see what I meant,” daily admin got a lot less chaotic.
