Did you go with a major carrier or MVNO for your long-term phone plan?

I'm past the tourist SIM stage and trying to switch into something that won't become a pain every time I need identity verification on an app. If you've done the long-term setup route, was it worth paying more for SKT/KT/LGU+, or did an MVNO end up being fine once your ARC was linked?

I ended up paying a bit more for a major carrier first, mostly because 본인인증 worked more consistently when I was still setting up banks and apps. Once everything was stable, MVNO started looking a lot more attractive, but in the first few months I cared more about fewer weird verification failures than saving a little each month. If someone already has their ARC fully linked and does not need much in-store support, then 알뜰폰 feels much more realistic.
