For people who started in an Airbnb, what was the first admin thing in Korea that got annoying fast?

Temporary housing sounds easy until one random office or app suddenly wants a proper address right now. If you did your first few weeks in an Airbnb or other short-term place, what broke first for you? ARC paperwork, bank setup, deliveries, online verification, moving the address later? Trying to figure out which parts are manageable and which parts turn into a full mess.

For me it was not the Airbnb itself, it was everything downstream that quietly assumed I had one stable address. Deliveries were manageable, but ARC-related paperwork, bank mail, and later phone verification all got more annoying once different systems started pointing at different places. In Korea you can survive the first couple of weeks in short-term housing, but it gets messy fast if you cannot prove where you are actually staying when an office asks.
