After moving in Korea, what was the fastest way you got your ARC address updated properly?

I keep seeing people get stuck on the same part. One person says just go to the 주민센터, another says do it through HiKorea, another says bring the contract and do both because something always gets missed. If you moved recently in Korea, what actually worked with the least back and forth? Mostly asking about the practical version, not the ideal version on paper.

The least messy version I saw was bringing the lease copy plus one extra proof piece like the move-in confirmation or utility-style document, then asking the 주민센터 staff to tell you plainly whether immigration would still need a separate step. A lot of confusion comes from assuming one update automatically flows everywhere. If the address change is tied to banking or phone verification problems, I would not leave until I knew which system updates same day and which one lags.
