ARC appointments and processing feel extra slow lately, what documents are people double-checking now?

Every semester this seems to become a stress spiral again. Appointment slots go weird, someone gets told to bring one more paper, then suddenly their bank or phone setup is delayed behind it. For anyone who did immigration paperwork recently, what was the thing that almost tripped you up? Address proof, passport photos, housing contract copy, employer paperwork, reservation timing, something else? Not looking for official legal advice, just the stuff people wish they'd checked the night before.

The thing I keep seeing people miss is not the headline documents, it is consistency across them. If your housing contract, employer letter, and the address you wrote on the form are even slightly different in English or Korean, that is where the follow-up questions start. I would also print one extra copy of the contract and passport page, because immigration counters here are much calmer when you can hand over the backup immediately instead of trying to explain why it is on your phone.
