For me it was the classic name and phone mismatch where every screen looks correct but one backend clearly disagrees. The branch staff could see the account, the app could partly log in, but remittance or transfer-limit setup would still fail until they rechecked the exact English name format tied to the phone account. Korea banking gets a lot less mysterious once you realize the problem is often not the app itself, it is one field in one connected system being slightly off.
